Orders are normally picked, packed and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends), at which point, you will be provided with a tracking number via email/SMS.
This can vary, of course. It can be a little bit longer when we are experiencing extremely high levels of traffic OR if there is a problem with your order.
Also, during the summer, we may hold your order over the weekend if it contains chocolate and if we believe it won't be delivered before the weekend begins. We want to avoid your chocolate sitting in a warm postal facility all weekend as there isn't much we can do to keep it cold for such an extended period of time. If we decide to hold your order containing chocolate over the weekend, we will keep it in our cold room and ship it out on Monday instead.
It's not all bad news though- your order may also be shipped out within an hour of placing your order! Assuming all the stars are aligned, of course.

Shipping times vary based on your location but normally ranges from 1-7 days (<1-2 business days for processing + 1-5 shipping days).
The average time from the time you place your order to the moment it is delivered to your door is 3 to 4 days.
Rest of the World:
Processing time for international orders remains the same (1-2 business days). Depending on which shipping option you choose, shipping times for international orders are normally 3-14 shipping days.
Exotic Blvd is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to courier or recipient.
We currently offer two shipping options in the United States, UPS Ground (1 to 5 day business days) and USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days).
The ETA provided to you during the checkout process is automatically provided by the shipping carrier based on their estimated number of days in transit after they pick up your package from us. Therefore, you need to add on our processing time to that number to get a more accurate estimate. Although we attempt to ship out orders the same day we receive them, our processing time is listed as 24-48 hoursas we frequently receive large spikes in order volume that take longer to process.
There's a common misconception that because it said "1 day" under "USPS Priority Mail" or "UPS Ground" during checkout, that means that you paid for overnight shipping. This is not the case as it is merely the estimated time in transit. We can't customize that part of the checkout to add the processing time to the transit time. As we are unable to do that, we have placed a disclaimer above the shipping options listed during checkout with this information.

Currently, our success rate with cold shipping chocolate in the heat is very high.
We pack chocolate with ice packs, in varying sizes, inside an insulated thermal bubble mailer, which is then placed inside your box alongside the rest of your products.
We store all of our chocolate in a cold room and all chocolate orders are packed inside this room, hours before pickup. These orders are only pulled out of the cold room when our pickup driver arrives. This ensures that they leave our warehouse in ideal conditions with the best chance of making it to you in one solid piece.

It is important for you to take delivery of your package as soon as it arrives. If the package is left out on your porch or in your mailbox during a hot, summer day, no amount of preparation on our end will save it from melting. Please check your tracking for delivery ETA to avoid this.

No, we have a quality control team at our warehouse to ensure that our inventory is separated by date into batches and properly rotated.
Many of our products are imported, therefore, expiration dates are formatted differently than what you may normally see in your home country. This can cause confusion and frustration with some customers who are under the impression that we sent them expired product. Here are the common formats for expiration dates. (Chinese products do not have expiration dates. Instead they have production dates marked on the product and the factory provides the corresponding expected shelf life for those products.)
No- none of our products are infused with THC. Every soda and snack we ship is sealed from the factory it is produced in.
